Dearest friends...
We would like to invite you on a most memorable adventure through Norway, celebrated with personalized concerts and exclusive touches along our journey. Our tour will begin in Oslo, where all tour participants will have views of the Oslo Fjord from their hotel rooms. Our tour group will experience Norway’s Constitution Day in Oslo on May 17. You will enjoy front row seats of the world’s largest children’s parade, which concludes with the royal family greeting the parading children and marching bands at the royal palace.

We will tour the newly re-opened Viking Museum, and learn of the various crafts and ship building industry of the Vikings. The views you will experience as we cross the glacier by train from Oslo to Bergen are simply breathtaking. The journey is rated as one of the most scenic in the world. In Bergen, we will stay on the picturesque and historic wharf, which is an UNESCO world heritage site. The funicular, by our hotel in Bergen, will transport us to the highest peak where we admire the views of the archipelago of the Bergen coast line. We will learn about the trade history and commerce that shaped and developed Norway’s relationship with central Europe.

As we cruise north and enter the fjords we will have a private guided tour of the Geiranger Fjord, which is depicted on the cover page of this brochure, perhaps the most picturesque landscape in the world.  We see and experience the snowcapped mountains with its cascading waterfalls dropping into the waters below.  In Trondheim, we learn how christianity was introduced to Norway by King Olav the Holy, and we visit his burial place within the majestic Nidaros Cathedral, which is the largest cathedral in northern Europe.
